YogaLiz is the result of a heated yoga studio in Escalon, CA, offering small group classes, intentional courses, personal yoga training, nutritional meal prep and adventure retreats.
Yoga Studio - Group and Private Classes

Gone are the days when you sneak into the back row and try your hardest not to be noticed. If the thought of that makes you uncomfortable, change that thought to excited. There will never be more than 9 students in your class allowing personal attention for each person, every class. The studio environment is supportive, friendly and will become your safe haven.
Jump Into Flow Course
In-person - From beginner to yogi flow pro in 4 weeks.
In just 4 weeks and 9 focused 75-minute classes, you can progress from being curious about vinyasa flow yoga to feeling confident in your practice. This program is designed for newer yogis or those with little to no prior experience. Through a combination of workshop-style classes that break down postures, and sessions dedicated to mastering transitions and flow, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to approach your practice with confidence.
Yoga Personal Training & Private Events
Personalized Yoga Programs to drive results and yoga parties or events to build comminuty.
Are you feeling stuck in your personal practice, or dealing with an injury or health concern? Private sessions provide the personalized guidance you need to optimize your health, reduce stress, and fine-tune your yoga practice. Together, we’ll create a customized practice tailored just for you.
In addition to one-on-one sessions, we also offer Corporate classes and Private Yoga parties, bringing the benefits of yoga to your workplace or special event.

I don't have enough TIME or ENERGY
I get it. We are all so busy between work, kids, life and the list could go on and on.Your days are long and you already find yourself exhausted by the end of it. It may be hard to believe but mindful movement will not only improve your energy level but it will boost your mood, focus and productivity.
It is important to treat yourself like you would an important friend or client and schedule yourself in. That way you can operate feeling energized, motivated and with a sense of calm. The key is finding the right kind of exercise to balance your day and proper nutrition to keep you fueled.
I'm not in shape or MOTIVATED
You know that exercise and good nutrition is fundamentally important but I get it... the follow thru can be hard as hell. It is important that we find your REAL WHY and focus on creating maintainable habits. You can get so caught up in the big picture that the end goal seems so out of reach. PLEASE HEAR ME! There is no reason to feel inadequate or judged for starting a workout routine. I can tell you right now, I am already DAMN PROUD of you for wanting to make a change. The fact that you are reading this proves there is a seed of motivation to make changes. Trust the process! Trust me... I know you can make positive changes in your life and you will only be wondering why you didn't start sooner.
I feel OVERWHELMED at the thought of yoga.
I hear you friend! Going to any new gym or the thought of figuring out what the hell is done is a yoga class can feel overwhelming. I've been there and I want to spare you as much discomfort as I possibly can. You know yoga is good for you and you are intrigued (since you are reading this), but I'm nothing to pretend that it's simple. This is why I have designed an 8-week program to break it all down for you. My goal in these 8 weeks is for you to create a shift in your mind and discover a new strength in your body. To confidently move in power vinyasa classes and hold your head even higher with confidence.
